Next, send us your data medium in one
of the following options:
1. Send your media to our offices
at 10 Hata’as Street, Diamond Exchange
Compound, Ramat Gan. Our office hours
are 8 am – 6 pm, Sunday through Thursday
(directions
and map). Expedited service is also
available outside office hours.
2. A UPS / FedEx / local messenger will pick up
your medium at no extra cost. The
messenger will provide a special box to
protect your hard disk in transit (UPS /
FedEx only).

Data Recovery Costs
Data recovery fees are a function of the
severity of the damage and the resources
required for recovery. The average fee
for data recovery is between NIS 500 and
NIS 2,000 , but may be higher in the
case of severe damage. The recovery
process can take between several hours
and
several days.

Notes
- There is no charge for pick up
of media from any location in Israel
by UPS , FedEx or a local messenger.
- Diagnostic fee for a drive with
broken seal – 300 NIS.
- For clients who proceed with
data recovery, the diagnostic fee is
deducted from the data recovery fee.
- Prices do not include VAT
(applicable for Israeli citizens
