eDiscovery – document discovery platform
One platform to search, review and produce digital evidence: mailboxes, documents, scans, recordings and phone messages, WhatsApp included. Built in Israel, it understands Hebrew, and the evidence is held securely in Israel.
The platform in under two minutes
Email, documents and WhatsApp messages, from raw material to production: what review looks like when everything is in one place.
Why reviewing a matter is hard
A single matter can arrive as tens of thousands of items. Three things make reviewing it hard:
Volume
Whole mailboxes, PST archives, disks, phones and scans. Reading everything by hand is not possible, and sampling does not produce an answer you can stand behind.
Hebrew
Systems built for English struggle with Hebrew: spelling variants, prefixed particles, mixed text direction and Hebrew file names.
Accountability
At the end you must know who saw what and when, and show the material was not altered. People’s memory and a shared folder are not evidence of that.
What the platform does
Search that understands Hebrew
Phrases, proximity, boolean search and Hebrew prefixes, with each hit highlighted inside the original document.
Phone messages
WhatsApp, SMS and iMessage shown as conversations, just like on the phone, with photos, voice messages, deleted messages and a timeline across all apps.
Mail and attachments as families
A message and its attachments stay linked, and each one is an item you can tag and produce on its own.
A Dashboard for every matter
A first picture of the matter: how much material there is, when it was written, who wrote to whom, and which emails went to private addresses.
OCR and transcription
Scans and images become searchable text, and recordings are transcribed in Hebrew and English and added to the index.
Evidence in any language
The interface is in Hebrew and English, and the evidence can be in any common language, Arabic and Persian included.
Multi-reviewer workflow
Statuses, tags and notes per reviewer. Several reviewers work at the same time without overwriting each other.
Production, redaction and export
Export only what was selected, to Excel and to PDF with correct Hebrew, with redaction that removes the information from the file and a redaction log.
The evidence stays in Israel
The most sensitive material in a matter does not have to travel to a server abroad in order to be reviewed. That is the main difference between this platform and cloud eDiscovery services.
- Held in Israel: in TicTac’s own private data centre, secured physically and logically, monitored 24/7, and under Israeli law. On request, the platform can also be installed on-premises, at the client’s site.
- Continuous backups: at a separate facility, so a hardware fault is not an evidence-loss event.
- Two-factor sign-in: with role-based permissions, only for those assigned to the matter.
- Complete audit trail: every view, download, tag and export is recorded with the user and the time.
- Privilege is preserved: the material is never handed to a third-party provider abroad.

Frequently asked questions
What is eDiscovery?
Electronic discovery: finding, reviewing and producing digital evidence, such as emails, documents and messages, for legal proceedings or an investigation.
What kinds of material can go into the platform?
Email (including PST, OST, MBOX and cloud mailboxes such as Outlook and Gmail), computer files, phone messages (WhatsApp, SMS, iMessage), scanned documents, recordings and any kind of digital media.
Who is the platform for?
Law firms, legal departments and commercial companies handling litigation, audits or internal investigations with a large volume of material.
Where is the data kept?
In TicTac’s private data centre in Israel, with backups at a separate facility. On request, the platform can also be installed at the client’s site.
How long does it take to learn?
The interface is built for lawyers, in Hebrew and English. A training video of about five minutes covers everything you need to start reviewing, and we support the team throughout the matter.
Can the platform be used for internal investigations?
Yes. It suits internal audits and investigations, with full separation between matters and an audit trail of every action.
Who we are
TicTac Technologies has worked in data recovery, computer and phone forensics and document discovery since 1995, serving government ministries, law enforcement, courts, banks and law firms. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
We built the discovery platform ourselves, drawing on thousands of computer forensics investigations. The people who extract data from a damaged disk or a locked phone are the same people who built the tool you review it in.
Want to see the platform on your own matter?
We’ll be glad to give you a demo and fit the platform to your needs.
